Current Status:
Legal : The Tomball Renewal Center is incorporated in the state of Texas, as a tax exempt
organization. It is filed with the Internal Revenue service as a 501C3 tax exempt non-
profit.
Spiritual : The TRC is not affiliated with any denomination or other hierarchical society. It is solely
operated, by its legally constituted board of directors to operate as a community service, in
the name Jesus. It has come into existence through the generosity of the Tomball
community at large and Eagles Nest Christian Fellowship, a non denominational church
who sacrificed their buildings and grounds to provide the seed money for start up of
the Tomball Renewal Center. It is their intention that the TRC reach across denominational
lines to serve the common good of the Tomball Christian community, as stated in its
declaration.
Logistical :We are located on seven acres, at the south end of Cherry Street in Tomball Texas. The
approximate address is 2443 S. Cherry St. The current mailing address is P.O. Box 1538
Tomball TX 77375.
Financial : As of October 2011, our bank balance is approximately $50,000. There are no
outstanding debts.
Project : It is the stated purpose of the Tomball Renewal Center to provide a physical, emotional,
Definition and spiritual path of deliverance for mothers and their young children who have been determined
by the TRC board of directors to be abandoned by their husbands and are facing the immenant
loss of their home. Therefore, the TRC facility is to consist of apartments that provide housing,
common cafeteria, laundry, food storage, administrative office, and chapel.
Current : We currently have donations for two apartments, general building structure, chapel, and
Progress cafeteria. However, local regulatory authority will not permit a partial build out, therefore,
we are collecting start up funding for the remainder of the project. With $35/mo. from 500 donors
over a two year period all our construction costs will be met.
